The engineering culture at Nintex, I would say is about two things. It's about collaboration and customer focus. We work together to build the best product for our customers, and there's a strong emphasis on support and resources to help you perform at your best. Leadership makes sure that we're doing OK and that trickles down to every single level, whether It's the VP checking on me and our sprint reviews or it's my manager checking on me in our daily stand-ups or just a team lead reaching out to see that we're OK. Everyone genuinely cares, and they'll ask you if you're doing OK. They'll offer help or they'll point you in the direction of someone who can help you, and everyone wants to help you. It's the craziest thing. we're all on the same team, we're working towards the same goal, and at the end of the day, we all want to deliver an exceptional product for our clients and it's the best feeling in the world to be sharing and growing with a team like that.
