To start, we asked Muano how Nintex has supported him as a graduate
Muano Makhokha: as a graduate interning at Nintech. My experience at Nintex has been wonderful and awesome as an intern fresh out of university one thing I needed the most was a company who believed in graduates and shares the same perspective as someone who is taking their first step into the industry Nintex will come to me with exactly that as any other graduate, I was not sure what I wanted to specialize in since I still had to explore my strengths and weaknesses Nintex offered me a program that would allow me to try out QA engineering as well as data engineering. They did not stop there. They gave me the opportunity to also try out some software development tasks and the opportunity to learn about cybersecurity as well. As of now, I have learned so many things that will help me to shape my future. I have gotten better at collaborating with other people I learned and practiced values and principles that bring growth to teams. Nintex graduate program is one of the best, if not the best, because they prioritize the growth of the graduates over their interests, which makes it an excellent place to kickstart your career.
We asked Muano what his favourite part of the role & team is
Muano Makhokha: My favourite thing about the team is that they are generous with their time and they are very encouraging as well. They always recognise my work. They have helped me advance myself so much. One of the best things is that they trusted me. They allowed me to manage myself, which helped me accelerate my productivity. My favourite thing about my role is that I got to explore different tasks which made me familiar with a lot of technologies and responsibilities.

Muano Makhokha: One thing about the Nintex culture is the social aspect of it. Nintex is a very pleasant community. The people are wonderful and we like to have a good time. Nintex puts a lot of effort into making sure that the workplace is a space everyone will enjoy. Nintex implements policies that make sure that everyone will have a good work-life balance. I don't know about you, but that's gold to me.
