Ron Torres: So time at nifty marketing agency that helped me was that I didn't realize that I needed a new job. And then I actually kind of came to the office and met Dax and had a great interview and realized that there could be potential for video content in all sorts of different ways here within nifty marketing. And so it was really exciting because they helped me find a new career path, and also find a different business vertical that I hadn't worked in, which was the legal field.
