Could you describe your experience working with NGS ?
Derek Fergus: Perseus Mining Limited has been a customer of NGS since January 2020. We currently use their emergency assistance and tracking services along with the Aurora application and platform to date where whilst we have not required any evacuation services, We have availed numerous times on Overwatch and technical advice from their team during missions and any other movements that we've had for all personnel. I can safely say that Rick and Richard and the ops team have been faultless. They are very flexible accommodating to requests that we've had and their support has been beyond reproach. I particularly like the, they are always open to feedback and they will implement changes if, if they see them the merit in them. And they are always on the other end of a message or an email and they do reply very quickly to our requests. As a client, I would recommend NGS hands down for being professional and supportive.

What makes NGS stand out against the competition?
Derek Fergus: There's no smoke and mirrors. They walk to walk and just as they talk to talk and they don't mess around. What you see is what you get. And they are always open for frank and honest discussions. And they also never, it's never a hard sell with them. They provide if you request a service, they'll provide you details on it, but there's no big pushing it down your throat, which is what I like.
How would you rate NGS overall?
