The reports that are created for the clinicians and the clients are easy to read and understand. Training and mentoring towards the BCIA Certification is easy to access. Technical support is amazing. And the sales staff is responsive to all my needs. Every person I had any interaction with is knowledgeable and kind and go out of their way to get me what I need. And I always get a real person. I never get a recording. Even if I have to leave a message, send an email, I always get an immediate response back and that's what makes them so amazing.
