Who are you and who do you help?
Cathy River: I'm Cathy River, a neurofeedback technician with the Madison Brain Center in Madison Wisconsin. We work with a variety of clients from infants to our oldest client who is 95 years old. Our clients come to us with a variety of issues from peak performance anxiety, post traumatic stress behavior issues, ADD, ADHD, traumatic brain injuries, post stroke recovery, chemo brain, and sibling rivalries.
How would you describe what NewMind is, to a colleague?
Cathy River: NewMind neurofeedback is a full service neurofeedback delivery system from the back office to my office and I love it because at any point I can be where I am as a practitioner and clinician and grow with the help of a full service staff and great equipment that's kept up to date.
Cathy River: Delivery of services and the attention that everyone pays with technical support is invaluable. Especially if sometimes you feel like a clueless, I don't know, there's like you don't even know what you're doing with the technical stuff and they just treat you with profound respect and it's so nice. It's so wonderful.
