Sarah: Hi everyone. So I want to tell you a little bit about Newlywords and how I just used it. My department just used it to create a photo book, a memory book for a colleague retiring. We looked into many different options, one being um to create a Shutterfly book, which was what some other people were doing at a college at the college that I worked for for one of their people in their department. And as I was looking into this, I happened to stumble upon Newlywords online. And so that's what we used it for to create, to be able to send out a link to the entire college where people could create their own pages for this photo book.

Sarah: What I... what really drew it drew me to it first was how easy it was to get a large number of people to contribute to the book pretty easily. If you were making a traditional book on one of the photo sites like Shutterfly or Snapfish or something like that, you would really have to have your colleagues give you their pages whatever they want to do and you would create, you know, you would upload a pdf or something like that. One person would have to kind of be in charge of that, whereas Newlywords is really set up for one person to kind of set up the book and then send out a link to however many people you want. We had probably about 60 people contribute to the book and they did it on their own time. They created the kind of pages they wanted. There was a variety of different kinds of pages They could create, whether it be a long letter or a photo or a mixture of the two or meme. So many different options for different pages. So the book had a lot of variety and it was just so easy to use with a big, large group of people. Once the deadline had passed, I was able to go in and Newlywords kind of intuitively knew which page is maybe should be combined because I didn't have enough on them to have their own pages. I was so, it was so easy to rearrange if somebody had done two pages and I wanted them side by side. It took me so little time to edit the book to get it ready to print. So the ease of it and get a large group of people to contribute to it um, was definitely the thing I liked most about Newlywords.

Sarah: I can absolutely 100% say that I would recommend Newlywords to anyone that is looking to create some kind of memory book or photo book or any kind of collection from a collaborative collection from, you know, a group of people, whether it's colleagues or family to do like a family reunion book where you want, you know, each family member to create a page, anything like that. We're trying to collect things from a group of people. I would 100% recommended. I know I'm going to use it again. I know I have more colleagues that are retiring in the next year and I'm sure it's going to be a go to thing for our college to use. I heard nothing but positive things from everyone that made their pages and how easy it was. And I can't wait to see the book and I can't wait to give it to my my colleague.
