Speakers: Brook, 70th Birthday Memory Book
Brook: I created a Newlywords book for my father for his 70th birthday. We were planning on doing a big party, but Covid kind of ruined that. So instead I was able to reach out to many of his childhood friend, friends from all over his past and his family, and was able to get them to respond with beautiful pictures, amazing stories and just really personal items that, frankly, I don't think I would have been able to do on my own.
Brook: The best thing about Newlywords is there is way more than one best thing about Newlywords. Uh, they make it absolutely the easiest thing to do to create a beautiful book, um, from creating all the invites, keeping track of everybody who has already responded, sending out reminders to those who haven't. But maybe if I had to pick, I'd say the best part about it is that I got the final say and I got to edit. So just little tweaks here and there that just made all of the different responses kind of come together and be a little bit more cohesive visually. I really enjoyed
Brook: The quality of the photo book from Newlywords was perfect. There's nothing I would have wanted different from them. It's absolutely wonderful. It's exactly what I was looking for.
