Eric Franz: Hi, I'm Eric Franz, the Director of Development at New World. And we've worked with Newance for a variety of roles, both technical and non technical, everything from software architects, staff engineers, senior full stack devs and also product owners.
Eric Franz: Our experience working with Newance has been fantastic. We've actually placed seven candidates here using them and their ability to translate what we're looking for into their outreach and screening efforts has been superb. So what's really nice about it is we tend to look for candidates that are operating mostly at the top end of their peer group.
