Speaker: Eddie Valles
Please describe your condition and how it affected your daily activities.
Eddie Valles: All right, Mr. Valles So, OK, so, why don't you share your experience with, with our hyperwave. OK, let, let's start with your, experience. How was your pain and what were you, of going through, in your right knee? Well, first of all, when I first arrived here at New Me Health, My pain was anywhere, it varied from an 8 to a 10. And then after the first session, it, it was a little sore, but what? I could notice a slight difference in improvement based on my previous experience of getting steroid shots because my knee was always killing me. And I got tired of getting that. Then we tried gelsin. It's a thick gel that goes in there, that's supposed to coat everything. Did that 2 times in a year and a half or two, and the thing is, the 3rd time I tried it, it got so bad that my legs swelled up, so I had a hard time moving. So thank goodness for social media because if it wasn't for Facebook, I never found new me health. Absolutely. Well, I appreciate that. Thank you much. OK, so basically you found it, so you try different stuff and then with a different experience. All right.
What was your experience with PAIN level on a scale of 0 (No pain) to 10 (Worst Pain) and limited motion or activity before treatment?
Eddie Valles: OK, so how was your pain though, before starting the hyper wave? How bad was the pain and how was it actually debilitating your, your movement? I know you're just with, you had an amputation. So how bad was the pain and how are you managing it? Well, I tried medication. It really doesn't help, but to me it's like a band-aid cause it's not really healthy for my lungs, kidneys, or whatever it affects. But the pain level after starting new me Health, started subsiding to where I noticed better flexibility and mobility to the point where I've only got one good leg left, and I need to protect this at all costs for the life of me. If I do not wanna be a double amputee, but if I do, I accept it. But I prefer not to. And new my health is making a difference right now. After today, my pain level went really probably from a 6 to a 4, maybe even a 3. I'm gonna get up and see and walk right now. Let's do it. And before, I would either have a wheelchair or my cane, but I can walk. So here we go. Wow, wow. Yeah, I remember you coming in the wheelchair one day. I think you're gonna, this is, this is a lot of toll on this knee, and you're able to actually walk by yourself. OK, that's pretty good, pretty good.
How has your pain and range of motion changed after the therapy? What's the PAIN Level now on a scale of 0 (No pain) to 10 (Worst Pain)?
Eddie Valles: All right, now that you had a couple of sessions of the hyper wave, how bad was the, the pain in, before the treatment and how do you, how do you feel now? What's the pain level? Before, when I first started, it was anywhere from 89 or 10, sometimes 11, it's, it being it's most severe, but then it dropped, Down to about a 6, and after today's session, I think I have 1 or 2 left, and I'll tell you this right now, it actually feels real good. I just got up and walked, and this does not hurt. It's literally down to about a 2 or 3, and I'm very grateful. Excellent.
How quickly did you notice improvements after treatment? (how many minutes did it take to feel the relief and improved movement)
Eddie Valles: All right, let's talk about, how long does it take to get the relief. So, how quickly or how long was it taking to get the relief? Was it taking days and weeks, or was it something quicker? What was your experience, in terms of, the response to your hyperwave? Oh, so, when I first started hyperwave, and like I said, my pain was anywhere from 89 or 10, and then after, A couple of sessions, it started subsiding. I noticed that the first couple of days, and Doctor Kay did say, you'll feel a little tenderness and make sure you take care of yourself, and, and I've done everything I can. But the thing is, it's really down to 2 or 3 right now, and, I'm, I'm not just pleasantly surprised, but I'm just grateful. Perfect. Thank you.
Would you recommend HyperWave therapy to others suffering from similar issues? Why?
Eddie Valles: All right, now that you had the experience with the injections and other techniques and all that, there are a lot of people, waiting to get some, a better solution for the knee or the back or anything. So Mr. Valles so what do you think? Do you think, this is, would you recommend it to others in the same situation, or what do you think? I would most definitely recommend this to anybody because first I was a little skeptical because I didn't really have no knowledge. And then once you come into the office, there's so much literature, you can do so much reading, and it's just beneficial to know what you don't know. And the biggest thing is for me, I would highly recommend. The stem wave or "HyperWave" wave therapy for the fact that, what, I take pride in trying to make my health the best, and what I'm looking for the most, is looking for the "NEW ME" That's what I want! All right, thank you very much, appreciate it.
