Please introduce yourself.

Aditya Unnikrishnan: Hi, my name is Aditya. I've been working in India South Region for Netcore's enterprise business. I am an Account Director myself. I've been working here for almost two years.

Tell us a bit about the new client, what do they do and what are the products they shall use from Netcore suite.

Aditya Unnikrishnan: Well to say a little bit about the client, the client name that we have closed as Airasia India which is another Tata brand. Again, they are a budget friendly airline carrier and they've been operating in India for the last 13 years. So we have been working with them for their transaction mails and they triggered emails, via pepi post. Now we have expanded the stack to our CE, The product experience platform and also the personalizing suit and also all the promo promotional communication would again be triggered from Netcore's Email, Sms and WhatsApp services. So yeah, we have on boarded them for the full stack model.

What challenge was the client facing before choosing Netcore Cloud?

Aditya Unnikrishnan: So a bit to talk about the challenges they were facing.. Prominently It was on, you know, multiple platforms were being used for different, you know, communications for example, for SMS they had a different platform, for WhatsApp they were using a different platform, for emails again they have a different platform and also, you know, to have a one view of the user for all these marketing communications, it was it's a big struggle for the brand to actually collate all of the data to analyze, to see what was working best, all of that, you know, is something that they were facing.

What did we do to win the account?

Aditya Unnikrishnan: To win the account, we did a lot of solution selling and also we presented a Custom Platform wherein the client could actually, you know, get in all of his data at one place. And also we showed that it was a one stop solution for the client for all his Martech requirement. He does not need to switch to any other platform on the long run. And this is the key place to go to for him for all the for all campaigns, related to information or any other Custom one view of the user he could definitely use our platform for this.

According to you, what is the winning way? What was the wow string?

Aditya Unnikrishnan: So the winning way, I would say, is the persistence and perseverance we had on following up with the client and how we engaged with the client, you know, even not on the deal, but personally as well, and also taking feedbacks from him. So that was one of the major way we had, you know, daily closure. And also the wow string I would say this is the first CDP combined with the CE deal of Netcore.
