Mark: I just finished eight weeks of the Vagus Nerve program by Jessica Maguire. Excellent, excellent course, incredible. This is the highest quality program online that I've ever experienced and I've taken quite a few online courses. Not all on the vagus nerve. I'm just saying online courses in general, but this was the highest quality I've ever ever sat with. I've gotten so much out of this class. Intellectually, I've gotten a lot of wonderful information about the the vagus nerve. And then experientially I would put at the top of the ladder because that's what proved to me that this course was so valuable and exceptional because without the actual experience gained I would have just gotten the you know, left here with a lot of information and, you know, big deal. I got a lot of information. The course has the experiential side of the course is valuable, but you need both, of course, you need both the intellect and the, experiential, really good exercises for exercising your vagus nerve. I have had subtle experiences, positive experiences with it before the program started. We were given a little initial period before the course started to do some exercises and I felt some changes and it was enough to motivate me to keep going. It is an extremely challenging course. It is not an easy course. and it'll push you to your push you, it'll really drive you. But it's worth it. It's absolutely worth it. Once you gain some experience with this, you'll just want to keep going with it and I wanna keep going with it. I'm going to continue exercising. I'm gonna daily. I look forward to it now. I look forward to taking time to do some of the prescribed exercises Jessica had, given us and I'm just looking forward to going on with this. I highly encourage it and if I could afford to for, you know, pay for the course for you, I would do it. I would totally just hear it's worth it. It's absolutely worth it. I guess that's it in a nutshell.
