Margot: I got out of this course what I would have never gotten out of a simple consultation with a health care professional. After years of saying that I thought I had a dysregulated nervous system without really knowing what I was saying. I can be sure that this was the right fit and that this is exactly what I needed. It gave me all the reassurance, validation, that I was looking for as well as all the tools to work with it. So I would tell them that it's worth every penny and that for whatever reason they want to do it, it's going to be helpful whether it's to help themselves or help other people.
