Hilary: The vagus nerve program was everything that I was looking for. It was very in-depth in terms of the science, everything that I wanted to learn. But in a way that was really digestible. And even the concepts that were more challenging to understand they took the time to really break down and to offer lots of different learning opportunities to help you to better digest the information and then integrate it, you know, how does this apply to your real life, The way that the program was set up in terms of the different ways to interact with the information was really helpful. There was webinar-style recordings where you're really learning the information, but then there were peer-to-peer calls where you would take the information and really connect to it on a personal level and connect with others and hear how this is kind of showing up in their lives, helped me really to just digest the information.
