Danny: I learned a lot of tools and resources through the Vagus Nerve Program. What was especially helpful for me is that the concepts weren't far out or weren't something that you couldn't really follow. It was literal scientific terms. I'm a very literal person. So I like that. It was a lot of things that you can see and touch and like it makes sense and definitions and whatnot. So I would definitely tell my friends and family that the Vagus Nerve Program was amazing.
