Amy: In three words, I would say the Vagus Nerve Program is challenging, enlightening and empowering.
Amy: I enrolled in the course because I've been experiencing pain and fatigue that left me feeling helpless and hopeless and completely out of control. The best thing about doing the course is that I now feel a new sense of agency and that although I might not be able to control every situation, I have choices in how I respond, and those choices over time help my body and my mind to respond and react in better ways.
