How long have you been a client of Network Doctor?
Annette: Hi, this is Annette. I am the co founder of Stellar. I've been working with network doctor for the last four years.
Can you describe the challenge or problem you were facing before using our services?
Annette: We were looking for a new provider to help us with our growing needs. We, um, were constantly having issues with computers. We were hiring new people. A network doctor came in really efficiently to help streamline that for us. And they've been doing a great job.
Could you recount a particular instance where our services exceeded your expectations?
Annette: Absolutely. Um, one time we, our systems crashed and it was 24 hours until it went up. Uh, network doctor was with us through the night, uh, and helping us improve all that.
Would you recommend our services to others? If so, why?
Annette: Absolutely, I would recommend a network doctor for anyone. In fact, I've already recommended to a few people, so I am very happy with their services and um, and enjoy working with them now and in the future.
