Michelle Posca: Hi, my name is Michelle Posca. I'm here today to share a little bit about my story, not as a patient perspective, but as my husband was diagnosed with cancer. He was diagnosed with a massive glioblastoma in the middle of his brain. That just came out of nowhere.
Briefly describe the challenge that you faced before working with Navexio?
Michelle Posca: And if it wasn't for Navexio, you know, and the support that I got from them, there were so many unknowns in the hospital, and I know that I'm not the only one experiencing this. There were so many questions that I had, but were they the right ones? And were they going to be able to be the questions that could save my husband?
What positive outcomes were achieved by working with Navexio? What value was provided?
Michelle Posca: Navexio kept me in line. Ever had a friend where they just hold your hand and, they keep you in a place where you have to focus and you have to stay alert and aware of all the things that are happening and to keep you going? You know, you're there for your patient. I was there for my husband, day in, day out, and I held his hand and I needed somebody to hold mine. And Navexio was there for me. Absolutely every step of the way. And that was one of the most positive things that I can say I really needed. And they helped me with my questions and they were educated to be able to guide me and facilitate that. That is a very priceless feature to this company and to this body that is helping so many people.
What was it like working with Navexio?
Michelle Posca: One of the features of Navexio and the team is when you're working with them, they are always there for you. I know that any time of the day, I could call, text. You never know when a critical situation arises.
Would you recommend Navexio to others?
Michelle Posca: I will always be in a position to recommend Navexio. To anyone, if you're a stranger, if you're a friend, if you're family, if you're anyone. that needs help, that doesn't have the questions, that doesn't have the expertise. Often hospitals have a very narrow view of how they can facilitate cancer, but Navexio has the extra boxes that can go around that piece that you're locked into.
Michelle Posca: I will miss him, but Navexio allowed me to have him in my life a little longer. So thank you.
