Hello, I'm Michael Laiskonis from Les Vergers Boiron, the culinary director here in North America. Thank you so much for awarding us as a FABI fave, um, with our kumquat puree, which we're launching this spring. Uh, our kumquats are coming from the south of Spain, 100% organic, which is very important because we are pureeing the entire fruit to give us this beautiful texture with little orange specks and this amazing intense flavor. I think this is a game changer for both pastry chefs and for bartenders. We see this as an innovative flavor in the years to come. Thanks again.
