Joe Sanfelippo: Hi, everybody. My name is Joe Sanfilippo. I am the recently retired superintendent in Fall Creek Wisconsin. Home of the Fall Creek Crickets and I'm coming for you. I am coming for you. I can't wait. My biggest problem with schools honestly has nothing to do with schools. My biggest problem with schools has everything to do with people thinking they know what happens in schools and when people think they know what happens in schools and they talk about what they think happens in schools and guess what? That's not what happens in schools. Right. So we're gonna talk about what it means to lead with intention. We're gonna talk about what it means to lead with connection, what it means to lead with direction. How do we can take care of each other? So we don't feel like we're isolated and alone in a job that often gets isolating and lonely. I can't wait. I will see you soon. Take care. Everybody go. Crickets.
