Could you describe a time that National Business Education Association helped you?
Andrew Wise: When asked to describe a time that the MBE A has helped me, there's, there's many times that come to mind, I've been able to attend several conferences since 2002. And at every conference I go to, I find a new project, a new resource, a new asset that I can use in my classroom. In addition to being able to connect virtually via email video conference and or in person with colleagues is incredibly amazing, enlightening and an amazing part of the National Business Education Association.
How would you describe National Business Education Association in three words?
Andrew Wise: My three words to describe the National Business Education Association are professionalism. We're a group of professionals and it's nice to have that association to connect all of us. My second word would be connection. It's a, it's an organization that connects these professionals and provides some opportunities to make connections. And then the final word I uses collaboration. When we have those connections, we have the professionalism that provides for amazing collaboration, for uh classroom resources, for great dialogue, for moving forward, for looking at historical perspectives. Everything we do in uh MBE A ties back to those three words for me, professionalism, connection, and collaboration.
What is the main benefit you receive from NBEA?
Andrew Wise: The main benefit that I receive from NBE A is staying current. They come out with current research, they come out with current methods, current trends and it's great to connect with people and, and talk about these current classroom resources that I personally can use.
