What is your motivation for and why are you applying to serve on the NACE Board of Directors?
Tina Reed: Hello, I am applying to serve on nasa's Board of Directors for the 2025 2026 year. I have been a member of N A for over 10 years and N A has been a part of my professional career because of na's culture of growth, inclusion, and innovation. I am always motivated to be involved with N A by volunteering to serve on a committee, attending a town hall meeting or by attending a conference. Now, I am interested in serving as a member of nasa's Board of Directors because of the association's strong commitment to empower and connect the community of professionals who support, develop and employ the college educated workforce. Specifically, I'm applying to serve on nasa's board of directors for three reasons. The first reason I'm applying is to serve on nasa's board of directors to contribute to the association's mission and to continue being a part of a team that shares my passion for our college students, growth and development. I am interested in working alongside talented people to brainstorm new ideas and to bring creativity to life. The second reason is that I believe that I can bring a diverse set of ideas by sharing my thoughts, experiences and perspectives on career readiness and workforce solutions. The third reason is I seek new opportunities to connect colleges and employers while making a positive impact in our profession. So I thank you so much for the opportunity to even apply for such a prestigious position. Thank you so much. And if I am selected to be on na's board of directors, you will not be disappointed and I will continue to work very hard and diligently for N.
