What is your motivation for and why are you applying to serve on the NACE Board of Directors?
Norman B. Jones: Hello, my name is Norman Jones and I'm applying to be on the board of N and the three motivating factors for why I'm applying to be on the board are one I believe in and support Na's missions goals and values, particularly it's focused on Dei, I am passionate about fostering a community where individuals are supported, can come together to knowledge, share and also come together to innovate in the early career. Space. Number two, being on the employer side, I'm really excited about the opportunity to engage with and support the amazing work that colleges and universities are doing across this country to educate and professionally develop the next generation of leaders. And thirdly, I believe that serving on the N A board will offer me a value opportunity to continue my own commercial development while I'm also able to contribute to the amazing work that N A is doing for the broader community.
