Kristin Eicholtz : The Laurie Riley 82 Center for Career Success at Moravian University is incredibly honored to receive the 2026 NACE Career Readiness Excellence Award for our signature Elevate experience. Elevate is our university-wide career readiness experience grounded in the eight NACE career readiness competencies. What makes this work especially meaningful is that it was built collaboratively with students, faculty, staff, employers, alumni, and trustees to create a shared vision for student success. At the core of this work is personalized support from our career success teams paired with digital badging and experiences like RISE community engagement projects and guaranteed to elevate travel study abroad opportunities, helping students intentionally develop and articulate their skills in meaningful ways. Since launching Elevate in 2021, first-year career engagement has grown from just over 5% to nearly 90%, and we're grateful to NACE for recognizing this work and our commitment to career readiness.
