Briefly describe your program, the outcomes or impact, and what others can take away from it.

Joelle Fundaro Randall: Thank you so much for this meaningful recognition. On behalf of the University Career Center team, we are honored to receive this award for the UCC Clothes Closet. This program was created to ensure that all students have access to attire for interviews, career fairs, and important opportunities at no cost and with identity at the center. We have helped over 8,000 students build their brand, feel confident in how they present themselves, and the UCC Closet supports both career readiness and belonging. We are so proud of this initiative advancing sustainability by redistributing gently used clothing, reducing textile waste on campus, we have had over 18,000 items selected from the UCC. We're deeply grateful for our dedicated UCC team, campus partners, donors, and students who continue to shape and strengthen this work. Thank you for this recognition, an opportunity that reflects our commitment to equity, opportunity for student success, and environmental stewardship. Go blue! And thank you again so much.
