Briefly describe your program, the outcomes, and what others can take away from it.
Ellen Price and Kelsey Hicks: At Moss Adams, our internship program is more than a seasonal experience. It's a reflection of our commitment to growing the profession by investing in students early. We designed it to go beyond the basics. Interns don't just observe, they do. From day one, they get real hands-on experience. Our goal is simple. Our 8-week summer internship experience launches a career in public accounting. It blends client work, leadership development, innovation and inclusion, so interns are set up to contribute right away. This immersive experience ensures our interns understand the full ecosystem of our firm. And then there's the summer intern program, a 4 day in-person conference. 400 interns across 25 different office locations come together in Orange County to build community, sharpen leadership skills, and get inspired from firm leaders. It's energizing. From improv sessions and AI workshops to hearing from our CEO, and yes, even a day at Disneyland. It's a balance of learning, impact, and connection. With 85% of our interns accepting full-time offers, it's clear this program works and it's building our future workforce. Our interns leave feeling confident, connected, and committed because they've experienced what it's like to belong at Moss Adams. And it wouldn't be possible without support across the firm. From the entire recruiting team and IT to our professionals that invest in their growth, we're proud of the way this program has evolved at Moss Adams over the last 15 years, and we can't wait to see where it goes next.
