What do you do to cool off or wind down? To ease the pressure after a long, hot day or simply to have fun in the sun?

Ophelia Neal: Co Hello, excuse me. Hello. What do I do to cool down? Well, first of all, I turn the lights off, like daytime. It's, it's not as hot as it's been, but it's still warm. I still feel like 90 degrees out on my balcony, so. Uh, try to stay out in the sun as much as I can, you know, in a cool place. And drink plenty of fluids, hydrate, you know, we need to hydrate, so make sure, you know, I do that, so. Uh, rest, you know, I'm retired now, so I don't have to work, thank goodness. I have to be out there, so that's what I do, get rest, you know, rejuvenation, you know. OK That's my journey.
