What do you do to cool off or wind down? To ease the pressure after a long, hot day or simply to have fun in the sun?

Michelle : What I do to cool off and wind down on these hot summer days, is I like to make myself a big picture, a big picture of Jamaica, hibiscus tea with a little bit of cinnamon. I ice it, I sweeten it. And then I sit on my porch. Because my days are long, and I work hard, and sometimes people test my patience. Sometimes people are lovely, but you know what, sometimes they aren't. So I sit on my porch with my lovely tea. And I look this way across the street. I look this way across the street. I don't mind my business at all. I say hello to my neighbors. I yell at people, Can I pet your dog? And it's lovely and it's wonderful. And I'm in the shade and I can catch a breeze. And so that's how I ease the pressure after a long hot day. I try my best to stay out of the sun.
