What do you do to cool off or wind down? To ease the pressure after a long, hot day or simply to have fun in the sun?

Mandy Debono: Hi, my name is Mandy, and for my summer self-care, I have been focusing on my own self talk, my inner dialogue, um. I have been taking the time, just like a minute or two here and there to close my eyes and envision myself in a beautiful vibrant color. Um, I'll picture the color, um, like my body being completely absorbed by the color, and then I kind of, um, I have an invisible, um. Like, um, brightening and dimming switch for this uh colorful light, and I will turn the brightness up, and I will keep turning it up more and more, and I'll see the color brighter and more vibrant, and I just let myself soak in that color's energies, um, and so that's why I'll pick like yellows or pinks, um, you know, just like These energetic and to me, I guess like higher vibration colors. Um, I am a really big believer in your own self-taught, kind of creating your reality and it is, it, it ultimately, um, it is your perception of the world is kind of influenced originally by your own inner dialogue, I think. So, anyway, that's been my favorite form of self-care lately. And the cool thing is, is it just takes a minute or two, and I feel great afterwards.
