Katreva N. Bisbee : back, and you are just Observing nature, the sky, feeling the wind on you, and just really taking a moment to just relax, to just breathe,
What do you do to cool off or wind down? To ease the pressure after a long, hot day or simply to have fun in the sun?
Katreva N. Bisbee : My summer self-care includes car therapy. You may say, Katrina, what is car therapy? Car therapy is being in the car, just relaxing, having the windows roll down, maybe the seat back, and you are just Observing nature, the sky, feeling the wind on you, and just really taking a moment to just relax, to just breathe, to possibly even consider um your day, what has transpired throughout your day. Uh, and just possibly take a moment to think about what you're grateful for in a world where there is a lot going on and a lot happening. Just taking that moment to be mindful. To be grateful and appreciative of the things, the people in your life, um, the gifts and talents that you have is really great and impactful. And so in your moment of car therapy, you're relaxing, you're thinking, you're reflecting, listening to music, having the breeze of the day, uh. Fell on your cheek and um. Just taking a moment to relax and so we need to be intentional at taking these moments. And so that is one of my self-care summer pieces and so hopefully, You figure out you won and share yours.
