What do you do to cool off or wind down? To ease the pressure after a long, hot day or simply to have fun in the sun?

Jamesia Wilson Cox : Hi everyone, my name is Jamea Wilson Cox, and I'm a member of NAI as well as a director at large for Central MississippiAI, and the question was posed, what do you do to cool off or wind down to ease the pressure after a long hot day or simply to have fun in the sun? For me, I have 3 to 4 things. I love to read. I love self-care. Books or any type of books to enhance my skills or my knowledge. I love going to the different libraries, looking at the artwork as well as seeing the different types of books. I love music. Um, I love any genre of music. I love rap, gospel, rock, pop, love jazz. So music helps me wind down during the summer. Spending time with my two year old son in the water is also another way for me to cool off a wind down. And last but not least, I love yoga. I haven't been able to do yoga lately, but that is a favorite pastime that I had that I do plan to get back into. So those are my things that I love to do to cool off or wind down during the summer. Everybody have a blessed summer and remember our mental health matters.
