What do you do to cool off or wind down? To ease the pressure after a long, hot day or simply to have fun in the sun?

Greg Soukiassian: Hello. Hi, Nami community. Hope you're all doing well. My name is Greg. I live in Paris and I wanted to reach out to you today. Uh, I'm a business continuity and crisis management professional. And besides my everyday tasks, I really enjoy cooking and uh love a lot doing sports, yoga, Pilates, swimming. And also sometime reading the Bible. So I, I wanted to just come uh at this summer period, uh, hoping that, uh, I want you to know that you're not alone. We are all a big family. Your feeling is real and it's OK. It's OK sometimes to not to be OK, simply. Uh, the best thing we can do in that case is And uh this is what I practice is to take some time to breathe, imagine the warm of the sun, uh, on your face, the sound of the ocean. It's a bit far for me, but, uh, we can manage. And, uh, again, uh, find a quiet spot to rest. So find place those small moments of calm. Let the sun warm you. Let the sea bring you peace and let yourself just be. You're strong and keep safe, keep going. Have a great day.
