What do you do to cool off or wind down? To ease the pressure after a long, hot day or simply to have fun in the sun?

Cynthia Elmore: What I like to do to cool down or wind down after a long hot pressure day or simply have fun in the sun, is to just go get a nice cool body massage with the warming massage, with the hot stones on my feet, or simply to be by water, um, whether it be a pool, whether it's the ocean or a lake, or a hot tub, and be with my grandkids. That's what I call self care.
