What do you do to cool off or wind down? To ease the pressure after a long, hot day or simply to have fun in the sun?

Carolyn Moorman: To relax or to feel better instantly. I have two crazy dogs. And I like to get up before it gets too hot, right after I feed them. And we all go for a walk. Now sometimes that walk is only like somewhere between 1 mile and 2 miles, but we all come back more relaxed. And you will too. Try it.
