How easy was it to switch to Nadapayments?
Bhargav Desai: Switching to Nadapayments was really quick and easy for us in our office. Once we got to hear about the product, we reached out to their sales team, we got a quick demo. Once we like the product, we were in quick contact with their sales team, we filled out their application form, they sent us the device, we had our bank account link with it and within very, I would say a day or two, we were up and running.
What's your favorite feature from Nadapayments?
Bhargav Desai: The best part of Nadapayments is probably using their, credit card terminal. It's very nice, quick and easy. looks very sleek as well and our staff has no issues using it. we just had a quick training and they were up and running right away.
How have your patients reacted to you implementing nadapayments at your practice
Bhargav Desai: I mean, in a world where everyone is getting charged for using a credit card for us switching to Nadapayments was not that painful process. I would say yes, we did have a couple of patients who were not happy when we had to tell them that they were gonna get charged on their credit cards. But having the option to process the debit card at no fee uh made them at ease. So I would say so far, our patient really didn't feel that much of an impact.
