Whitney Johnson - Career Mobility Program Manager: We used MyInnerGenius® as part of an application process for a pilot program for government workers to advance their careers through no-cost education and support. And what I love about this product is that it took a portion of an important process that was previously very large and complex and simplified it without compromising our ethics and values around equity.

Whitney Johnson - Career Mobility Program Manager: I think what makes MyInnerGenius® different from other products or services is, in addition to how easy it is to use, it was also the quality of customer service that we received from the company. We met one-on-one to have product demos. Anytime I had a question, I got an email in a timely manner back. I got a response back and email in a timely manner. Anytime my team had questions, I could bring in the MyInnerGenius® team and they would answer our questions. It was just really effective and efficient, and just that extra added touch of excellent customer service. And when we got the scores, the scores came back really quickly, just all around a fantastic experience that really leveled up, the services we were able to provide.
