How did you hear about us?
Tom Puddy: I've been a customer for a few years now. Um, previously, as it was known as Keynsham Dental Care, um, as an NHS patient, uh, and obviously just moved over to Muse as you became more of a, uh, membership or private practise.
What was your reason for visiting us?
Tom Puddy: Uh, my most recent visit was with regards to having a dental implant. Um, I think I've had 3 or 4 different appointments now, and the most recent visit was to fit the crown.
How was our customer service?
Tom Puddy: I've always found the customer service at Muse Dental excellent, uh, first class, not just from the front of house staff who've been really proficient in making sure my next appointments are always scheduled. Um, I always get reminders, um, always, they always fit around me, which is, which is first and foremost. But also from um the attention to detail from from Joe setting out my dental plan, you know, what's expected, what's going to happen, you know, the costs of it, everything basically and also but sat in the chair as well, not from just the most recent treatment where I've had dental implant treatment through Dave, but also with my regular dentist, Felicity, and my hygienist. I feel the service has always been first class.
What difference has our care made to you?
Tom Puddy: Uh, I would say mainly the professionalism, you know, and and the attention to detail basically. So not missing anything, not taking any shortcuts, and yeah, that customer care, that aftercare is really important to follow up appointments, you know, checking calls, you know, if I've ever got any, you know, cause for concern, I can easily find the practise and raise my concerns and things are dealt with really efficiently and really quickly.
