Nick Burbank: I chose Mr Middletown because I've known him for 10 plus years, I know he gets the job done.
What challenges did you run into that Mr. Middletown helped you sort out?
Nick Burbank: The lawyers for the seller were very hard to get in touch with and wouldn't return any calls, but charlie kept on them, and eventually we were able to work it all out.
Why would you recommend working with Mr. Middletown to buy or sell a home?
Nick Burbank: I'd recommend charlie because he's just straight up you if he doesn't think it's gonna be a good deal, or doesn't think it's worth your time, he'll let you know, he's not gonna have you waste your time with something that he doesn't that he wouldn't buy for himself.
