Why did you choose Mr. Middletown to help buy or sell your home?
Jenna Reidy: Hello. I chose to work with Mr Middletown because number one he's trustworthy. Number two, he's an expert in the area and number three as a first time Homebuyer charlie, Mr Middletown had no problems answering any and all of my questions, made sure I fully understood the process and was comfortable and now we found the perfect location and we get to live the lifestyle we've always wanted boom.
What challenges did you run into that Mr. Middletown helped you sort out?
Jenna Reidy: One of the challenges that I ran into while purchasing my home was that there was another buyer who was interested in the same property, luckily, since Mr Middletown was on my side and through his connections relationship building, we were able to uh move into the location with no problems. Also, again, just the challenge of not understanding the process. As a first time Homebuyer charlie helped me feel extremely comfortable and answered all my questions.
Why would you recommend working with Mr. Middletown to buy or sell a home?
Jenna Reidy: I would 100% recommend Charlie, Mr Middletown to any of my family and friends. And in fact I have so far if anyone's interested in buying or selling a house, I definitely have the understanding that this is the highest form of compliment to refer someone to family and friends who will take care of them like family and friends. As we can see, Charlie is very knowledgeable of our community and we talk a lot to our neighbors which was extremely important to us in the purchase of our home and being that Charlie understood and knew the community very very well. We were able to know what to expect as well as um anything that we needed to know.
