Winston Davis: Hey guys, what's up Winston from? Move up here? And um I just want to give you a quick uh couple pointers and tips when you record your welcome video. This is gonna be um a video that candidates see before they upload their own video. So this is a really great selling and promotional tool. And so the things I want you to cover are going to be, you know, who you are. Um And then I want you to promote your culture. Why are you the best place to work? And then, you know, really why you're excited to see if they can earn an opportunity to join your team. So, uh I'm gonna do an example of this again. You put your own flavor on it but try to keep it somewhere between. Um I would say 90 seconds is good 1 to 2 minutes. Um So, ok, I'm gonna do a test. Hey guys, my name is Winston. I'm the owner over at Move Up Consulting and uh we're a recruiting agency for the moving and storage industry.
