Chris Reynolds: What were the biggest challenges I faced that prompted me to check out Motive as a safety specialist at college hunts, hauling junk and moving with a fleet of over 1000 trucks. I was looking for a provider that had the best artificially intelligent cameras, outstanding service that quickly solved any problems I might have. And competitive pricing motive checked all the boxes for my needs.
How is Motive helping you address those challenges?
Chris Reynolds: I found that motive's A I cameras assisted my managers in identifying driver behavior that we wanted to correct. Also sent alerts to our phones and documented any coaching that we did. Motive allowed my managers to improve driver behavior in a timely and efficient way. It was a win-win for both managers and drivers.

Chris Reynolds: What are some of the benefits I've achieved using Motives drive score, we were able to achieve rapid improvement of our driver's decision making on the road. We posted driver scores weekly and the competition between drivers to have the top score rapidly improved scores. You cannot change what you do not measure Motive collects all the data and it gives it to you in an easy to use a report that can be used daily or weekly to measure improvement. Motive provides overall trends that show you where you need to improve and which drivers you need to change. I found that motive is an essential tool in keeping my fleet safe.
