Talk about a client situation where MOQ1 let you say yes when you would've had to say no. What happened, how'd it play out?
Kevin Mahard: Earlier this year I had a client contact me and ask me to build out a company store for them. They were already using one, so I asked to see what it looked like, and after taking a glance at it, I thought this is totally doable with MOQ1, but only if they have the right product. Sure enough, checked the inventory. They only wanted 6 to 8 different items, found them, selected the color options, threw their logo on it, made it super easy, and, now they've been ordering samples to test the product, and it looks like it's a go. So thanks to MOQ1, landed this job.
What's the one MOQ1 feature you can't imagine working without?
Kevin Mahard: One feature I could not live without would be the ease of use of the artwork. Once it's uploaded, shows you exactly where to place it, has the right sizing, it makes everything so simple, it takes all the thinking out of it, you just plug and play.
Be honest — what were you skeptical about before you signed up for MOQ1, and what changed your mind?
Kevin Mahard: My first thought when introduced to this was, it can't be that easy, can it? And then after spending some time and and not that much time playing around myself building out my own store, I thought wow, this really is simple, easy to pass along, and it really just runs itself.
You're having coffee with a colleague who's never heard of MOQ1. What do you tell them — and what would make them try it?
Kevin Mahard: If I was to have a cup of coffee with a colleague and tell them a little bit about MOQ1, I would tell them how easy it is to use, how easy it is to pick the product, adjust your pricing, load the artwork, and just click go. It's really that simple and doesn't take that long to learn the system to be able to create a custom store for your customers. Can't live without it.
Has MOQ1 helped you make more money? If yes, how?
Kevin Mahard: With a few of my clients. They only run through company stores, so if I didn't have access to something as simple as MOQ1, I really wouldn't want to spend the time to learn another system that may take hours or days to get used to. MOQ1 just makes it so easy and simple to just pretty much click and go. So that has helped me to gain a few clients and have them trust. My brand, my business, even more so.
