Tracey Harrison: Hello, my name is Tracey Harrison and I work at National Windscreens. My job role is HR Admin and Payroll Officer.
How has Moorepay helped your business?
Tracey Harrison: The system we were using before Moorepay was antiquated. The two sides of HR and the payroll side didn't talk to each other, so you had to double up on everything, taking extra time. Moorepay is so much easier. The system is really easy to follow, and it saves so much time. Everything's clear, if there are any issues it tells you. I couldn't recommend it any more.
How have you found working with the Moorepay team?
Tracey Harrison: My Moorepay team is extremely helpful. They're always at the end of the phone or email and they respond very quickly. If they can't solve the problem immediately, they will always call back and it's very quick service. I've never had an issue where they haven't been able to resolve it for me within an hour.
How have you found using the software?
Tracey Harrison: Using Moorepay software is easy. They give you a little bit of training before you start, there's a step by step guide for you to follow. And each of the procedures tends to have a wizard that you follow step by step on the system. And if you get to a point where you can't go any further, it saves the information. So you don't have to double up and go back and do it again.
What is your favourite thing about using Moorepay?
Tracey Harrison: I love the functionality of the software because before [Moorepay], with every employee we had, if they had over time, then we would have to manually input that for each person. With Moorepay, you have multiple spreadsheets, time sheets, that you can just upload the information from one document straight into the Moorepay system and it calculates it all the way through for all the employees. So, it saves so much time. The service team are really friendly and helpful, and it's just a great system.
