What challenges did you run into that MND PROPERTIES LLC helped you sort out?
Derrick Zinnerman: The only problem, only problems I ran into uh when I was selling my house was uh that the house was in really bad shape and uh the property value wasn't as much as I thought it was. And, and Leo he, he talked to me and he took, showed me and explained everything to me. And uh and so that was the only really problem that we had, but he took care of it and I was happy with it at the end.
