Tell us why you chose Misty's Toy Aussies.
Maddie: Hi everyone, I'm Maddie, and this is my little pup Millie that I got from Misty's. The reason that I chose Misty is I could just tell from all the information and detail that she put into her website that she really cared about her puppies and she was gonna be there for me throughout the whole process, answering any questions and helping me pick the right puppy that was going to be a fit for my family.
Did you enjoy the process?
Maddie: I really enjoyed the puppy picking process through Misty's. She's really good at keeping everyone up to date. You get emails every couple of weeks about each litter with their current weights and what they're learning as well. She has a detailed spreadsheet on her website for each litter kind of with their current weights, what they're being exposed to, whether they like it or not. So I found that was really easy bringing Millie home because if there was something that I knew she didn't react well to, I could kind of take that out of my house or deal with it another way to introduce her. Millie was delivered at the airport and the process was great. Misty set me up with a puppy nanny who delivered her and he was amazing. Misty keeps you up to date the entire way, sending photos up until the point she gets to the airport, and then I was getting updates from the puppy nanny while they were flying to Los Angeles. I've just reached out to Misty throughout my time with Millie asking any questions and she's always responded in such a detailed manner. It's been so helpful
Would you recommend us?
Maddie: I would highly recommend getting your puppy from Misty. I know I've already recommended her to a few people. Anyone who asked me on the street where I got Millie from, I recommend her. I've recommended a few friends and I would definitely go back if and when I ever consider getting another puppy.
What would you tell someone who is nervous to adopt online from us?
Maddie: I would say if you're nervous about adopting, just reach out, Misty was really amazing, and I know she answered a bunch of my questions before I even signed up to be on the wait list, and then again before I even picked Millie out. So if you have any questions like don't hesitate to ask, she's been really great throughout the whole process, and that would be my one recommendation.

Maddie: Misty, I just want to say thank you so much. I've loved having Millie the past three months and you know, she just came to me as such a sweet and loving puppy and has been nothing short of amazing. So thank you again for everything that you do with your puppies. I appreciate it and I love Millie so much.
