What does receiving Spirit of State mean to you?
Olivia Springfield: My name is Olivia Springfield and receiving the Spirit of State award to me was a high honor and I'm excited that I was elected to receive this award. It has been a joy to be a part of the Bulldog family.
What has been your most rewarding experience at MSU?
Olivia Springfield: The most rewarding experience to me of being a part of the Bulldog family has been the relationships that I've built with my peers and instructors also being able to go into the schools as an elementary education major has been so exciting and so rewarding for me.
In what ways can you continue to embody the Spirit of State?
Olivia Springfield: I plan to embody the Spirit of State by encouraging others to attend Mississippi State University when continuing their education. It has been a great honor for me to be a student at Mississippi State University and get a quality education. And I bleed Maroon and White.
