My name is Dean Carlson and I serve as president of one challenge and I want to say that Missio Nexus has greatly benefited the people in the Ministry of OC around the world by enabling us to come together with our peers in the North American Mission Leaders Conference in Women Leadership training events and gatherings for personnel directors or HR directors. We have so been blessed by this space created by Mission Nexus for learning to together listen to the Lord to understand what God is doing in our world and in our nation more with greater clarity. We are grateful for the Ministry of Mission Nexus. I've also been in the global arena and I've seen how Ted and his colleagues approach our sister networks from the majority world with a listening ear with a heart to partner in a life giving posture and that's been a great blessing to the global church and on a personal basis. I want to thank Ted and the team for their building into my life for their life giving encouragement counsel for their example in ways that have really impacted my development as a leader and that trickle stand into our entire organization. So thank you, Missio Nexus, keep up the work and we'll continue to take the journey forward together
