Tell us how has Missio Nexus helped you in your leadership or in your ministry?
Paul Barreca: Yeah hi my name is Paul Barreca and I'm the CEO and General Director of Fellowship International Mission. FIM has been around since the 1950s, but I started as a director in 2017 My background had been coming from more than 30 years of pastoral ministry and so leading a mission agency was something new to me and I reached out very quickly to Missio Nexus for some help in how to do that and some resources. In 2017 I joined one of the CEO On Board cohorts offered by Missio Nexus. And it was a great benefit to me personally and really help me learn how to navigate this new world of mission leadership and mission agency involvement. Missio Nexus has been a great help to FIM with networking with for example third parties, areas of expertise that we don't have in our mission agency but that Missio Nexus connects us with in areas like communication and IT and marketing. These were some of the third parties that were introduced to us in different Missio Nexus events or through Missio Nexus connections. So that's been a great value to us. The the conferences have been just a great blessing to us and just being with other mission leaders and seeing their passion, seeing that there's a great group of people that the Lord brought together to reach the world with the gospel. All using different methods and having different opportunities but but always willing to share and to encourage our fellow missionaries and fellow believers. So it's been a great blessing to us if I am has grown significantly over the past five years, both in terms of income and also in terms of missionaries, also new countries in which we are sending missionaries. And there's been a number of reasons for that growth mission nexus and our involvement with you guys has been one of those reasons you've really helped us as a midsize agency and I know that there are large and small agencies involved in Missio Nexus as a midsize agency. We appreciate the larger players because of your willingness to share your resources. We appreciate our international input that Ted is so passionate to bring to us and you have been a great, great blessing to us and a big part of what the Lord has allowed us to do around the world. So thank you so much. And I just would encourage you if you're considering, I think every agency, every evangelical mission agency ought to be a part of this so that we can grow together and reach the world with the good news of the Gospel
