Tell us how has Missio Nexus helped you in your leadership or in your ministry?
Michael Thompson: Hey there, my name is Michael and I head up One Way Ministries, I am very, very appreciative of Missio Nexus' ability to bring leaders together specifically. I've really been blessed by the CEO gatherings. The reason that that's helped me or how that's helped me is it helps me kind of calibrate my thinking about what's happening in the Great Commission, it's so easy to be isolated and and to be able to talk with peers about issues, whether it's covid or leadership or how to run a staff or how to do fundraising, all these different areas. It's really been valuable. And if you think about it, if Missio Nexus didn't exist, organizations like ourselves really wouldn't be able to calibrate to learn to grow together. I see Missio Nexus actually as a capacity building organization, you think about it, a lot of agencies and perhaps foundations, they like to, to invest in like give me the golden egg, just give me the golden egg. But Missio is a ministry that serves and it actually serves us and helps us grow capacity so that we can in fact deliver golden eggs if you will, that is direct outputs that, you know, people say, wow, but I just really appreciate God raising up Missio Nexus to unite people together to serve and accelerate our efforts in the great commission.
