Jennifer Smith: The thing I found most helpful about being in the On Board cohort was the cohort. The people were incredibly powerful for me in terms of growing professionally, spiritually, personally, you know, the leadership journey can be so lonely and isolating at times. And so I found that when I was able to connect with others who are going through a similar experience as myself, it was much less lonely, but also really helped to solidify the things that I was learning about. The model tools, the readings, the books were all incredibly impactful. But without the cohort, I don't think it would have sunk in quite so much so continuing to learn about being a leader and not doing. And in that I am so grateful to Corwin and to my entire cohort.
